Full Circle Sale — From Purchase to Rental to Pending in Snoqualmie
We always enjoy helping clients at every stage of homeownership, and this recent sale in Snoqualmie was a great example of how real estate decisions often happen over many years, not just one transaction.
We originally helped these clients purchase their townhome on Merritt Ave in Snoqualmie back in 2016 when they relocated to Washington from Argentina for work. After living in the home for several years, life eventually took them back home, but they weren’t sure if the move would be permanent.
Instead of selling right away, we helped them come up with a plan to rent the home so they could keep their options open. Over the next several years, the property became a successful rental while they figured out their long-term plans.
Recently they decided their chapter in Washington had officially come to an end, and it made sense to sell the home. Since they were out of the country, we handled everything locally — coordinating the tenant move-out, preparing the home for the market, arranging staging, and getting the property ready for listing.
The home is now officially pending, and the entire process went very smoothly thanks to good planning and timing.
