Joel was super helpful throughout the entire process. He was always responsive, was very patient with us, and thoroughly explained every part of the process (we were first time home buyers). He took the time to get to know us, and after a few weeks he knew exactly what we were looking for, and was able to filter listings efficiently. After we purchased, Joel was also helpful in suggesting and scheduling a handyman and landscaping.
