I grew up on Finn Hill in Kirkland—a neighborhood where your best friends lived next door and you walked out the front door to play until dark. That experience shaped how I approach real estate today: helping people find not just a house, but a place that truly feels like home.
After graduating from the University of Washington, I began my career in property management, where I learned how people live in their homes—not just how they buy them. That foundation led me into a role as a Relocation Consultant and Real Estate Broker, working with incoming hires relocating to the Seattle area for companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Boeing, and Starbucks.
I spent years helping families move to Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, and the Greater Seattle area—often before they had ever visited. Together, we explored neighborhoods, compared lifestyles, and found homes that aligned with both their goals and day-to-day lives. The home search was never separate from the location—it was one experience: getting to know a new city while finding where you belong within it.
Becoming a licensed real estate agent wasn’t a shift—it was a natural evolution of the work I was already doing.
Over time, that work grew into building JR Group with my husband and partner, Joel Ramos. As a husband-and-wife real estate team serving Bellevue, the Eastside, and Greater Seattle, we bring over 30 years of combined experience and a perspective that goes beyond the transaction. We’re not just real estate brokers—we’re investors. We’ve remodeled homes, completed full renovations, split lots, built DADUs, and created a long-term rental portfolio. We’ve done it ourselves, and we help our clients make smart real estate decisions with that same strategic mindset.
With over a decade of experience, I work with first-time home buyers, move-up buyers, sellers, investors, and relocation clients moving to the Seattle and Eastside markets.
