Our second time home purchasing experience, again with Joel with his extensive service provided last time. Last time I purchased my primary home, his insights helped us a lot. However, he took it to the next level this time when I looked for an investment property. In this extremely hot market in Seattle, I was able to win the house on my second trial. He recommended us getting pre-inspection, and asked for significant amount of seller's credit for what we've found during the inspection. Using this approach, my total due at closing decreased a lot. Also, there was a bit of delay for the closing due to seller's mistake, and he was able to voice out frustration on our side, and get ourselves early occupancy agreement. (meaning that we can start living in the property before it's closed) Moreover, Joel provided very intuitive and straight forward guideline of getting good tenant. Using his way, I was able to get trustworthy tenant within a week. Overall, again, I am very impressed with his service, and definitely look forward to work with him
